BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — For 14 years and counting, Anna's Taqueria has been making its St. Patrick's Day special: a Corned Beef Burrito Wrap. "We were chopping up corned beef as long as we had it," said Laurel O'Keefe, Marketing Director at Anna's Taqueria.

"Corned Beef, potatoes, carrots, cheese, and pinto beans all rolled up into a tortilla. It's hot, it's delicious, and we only do this one day a year."

With 12 locations throughout the Greater Boston area, about 10,000 pounds of corned beef was needed on Tuesday. "It's a big lift to make this corned beef and to add one protein to a menu, and all these other sides that go on that burrito, just for one day. But, if the love keeps showing up for that burrito, we'll keep making it," O'Keefe said.

She also said that they are adding another Anna's location to West Broadway in South Boston before next year's St. Patrick's Day Parade
