EVERETT, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Encore Boston Harbor faces a class action lawsuit accusing the casino of cheating gamblers out of their winnings.

In a suit filed Monday in Middlesex County Superior Richard Shuster of New York alleges the newly-opened Everett casino is rounding down payments from slots and shortchanging certain winning blackjack hands.

Wynn Resorts says its procedures were approved by gambling regulators. The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is reviewing the suit.

Figures released by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission on Monday show the casino made generated $16,789,943.88 in total gambling revenue.
