BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey is among the Democrats calling for the full public release of the report from Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

A defiant Markey said at news conference in Boston Monday that the four-page summary from U.S. Attorney General William Barr is not enough for Congress or the American people.

“It took Robert Mueller almost two years to complete his investigation. It took Attorney General Barr less than two days to conclude that there was no obstruction. We’ve got a rush to judgment here by a partisan Attorney General on an issue of historic importance,” Markey said.

Markey said Congress must hold hearings, and must have the full report from Mueller to see how the Attorney General came up with his conclusion.
