LA Fire Department Follows Through On Super Bowl Bet

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Sean McVay, Jared Goff, and the LA Rams weren't the only losers of Super Bowl LIII.

The Los Angeles Fire Department followed through on a friendly wager with their Boston counterparts, hoisting the Flying Elvis flag above their truck and posting the video to social media Tuesday.

"I never forget to pay my debts," wrote LAFD chief Ralph Terrazas, narrating the concession video in a Brandin Cooks Patriots jersey (Cooks is now on the Rams roster).

Boston Chief Joe Finn reveled in the win, responding "movies are made in Hollywood, dynasties are made in New England."
